2-Will there be any restocks?

All Freedom of Space collections are produced in limited numbers and have limited availability, so unfortunately we are not able to restock any items that has been sold out. If you really want a piece from our collections you should purchase it before it sells out.

3-When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email or sms with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

We use DHL for all international destinations. You can track parcels via the DHL website.

4-How do I place a return or exchange?

Please reach out to team@freedomofspace.co or visit The Space store with your order number and receipt and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

5-What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order and the products should be in their original condition with all the tags attached.

6-Help! I can’t find my return slip.

Don’t worry, our packages don’t include return slips. You will receive your order ID and receipt via e-mail.

7-How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

8-What forms of payment do you accept at your stores?

We accept debit/credit cards and cash.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.

I'm having problems with the tracking.

In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via team@freedomofspace.co.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email team@freedomofspace.co.

Can I place an order without signing up?

Yes! When you choose to sign up, we store your shipping information so it becomes easier for you to order more from freedomofspace.co in the future.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your product is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, we’ll replace it or work with you on another solution. All replacements are at the discretion of our team.

To change the currency you’re shopping in (and country you’re shipping to), see the right upper corner of the web page, and select the correct country.

Can I visit The Space store?

Do you offer “Online Pickup” at your stores?

Yes! When ordering, be sure to note that you want an “Online Pickup” and you’ll get an email once your order is ready for pickup!

What forms of payment do you accept at your stores?

We accept debit/credit cards and cash.

How can I get Freedom of Space stickers?

All Freedom of Space orders include a sticker (it changes depending on the product and/or new drops). We cannot send stickers separately of orders.

Are masks required at your stores?

In the interest of the health and safety of our community, we’re currently requiring all customers and employees in our stores to wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status.
